Is Onion Soup Gratiné. I've made this before and it was absolutely awesome! Happy to make it again. I will be using my failed bread from yesterday as the floater on top with the cheese.
Speaking of bread, I am retrying yesterday's recipe and the dough is currently in a warm place for its first rise. We'll see how it goes!
